Solutions provided:

Install heavy gauge stainless steel screen over attic fan housing to prevent animal entry. Replace fan thermostat.
Install Leaf Solutions on front and rear gutters. These keep the gutters from clogging and prevent animal entry. Install aluminum coil stock over rake boards and corners to repair animal damage at each of the four corners.
