The customer needed new attic insulation.

Solutions provided:

Remove a small organ, antenna, and loose wood in the main attic space. Air seal as best as possible any conduit line leading from the conditioned space to the attic. Install baffles around entry point and soffit lines. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches). Install critter guard along the front sub roofing gap only.
