Why did the customer contact us?

The customer believes he has a raccoon in the attic and needs raccoon removal. Along with roof repair when the animal is getting in the attic.

Solutions provided:

We provided the customer with a raccoon trapping program for up to five business days.

We Installed stainless steel screen on the soffit line vents to prevent raccoons or any other wildlife from entering attic space.
We re-secured one piece of solid soffit line in rear of the home that has started to become agape.
We Installed critter guard along sub roofing gap to prevent raccoons from entering attic space.
We Installed stainless steel screen on two louver vents on both sides of the home to prevent animals from entering attic space.

2-year work and labor warranty was provided.

Roof repair:

Replaced missing shingles three tabs white Tamko on the left front of the home.
Removed damaged fascia and rake board in front home and replace with new 1×6 composite white fascia/rake board.
Replaced all gutters on home including the downspouts with new 5 inch white gutters and white downspouts.

Removed all accessible insulation and raccoon fecal matter in attic space. Used a negative air machine in attic space during removal so that conditioned space is not contaminated with what is being removed in the attic. Installed new baffles at soffit line and around scuttle hole. Sterifab to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Blow in new cellulose insulation into attic space to 15 inches (R49) to Virginia standards.
