Why did the customer contact us?

The customer said he has a raccoon or squirrel in his attic. He said he hears scratching noises and thumping around above his head in the evening and now he is hearing it in the morning as well.

Solutions provided:

We trapped for target animal (raccoon) for five business days.
Eight eaves on the home needed to be sealed out with white metal to prevent entry of animals into attic space.
Two louvre vents on the front side of the home were sealed with a stainless steel screen to prevent animals from entering attic space.
