The customer called for crawl space encapsulation for a healthy home.

Solutions provided:

SES will:
1) Clean out debris equipment and old vapor barrier, dispose of…
2) install new 10 ml vapor barrier on crawlspace floor and up wall 24″ inches
3) Install R11 wall insulation and attach to walls with hilti pins. Lap down onto crawlspace floor
4) replace sump pump with new 1/3 hp fast sump, sump crock, check valve, exterior ice cop, high water alarm
5) rebuild crawlspace door as above
6) Spray foam insulate trunk supply duct with closed cell spray foam
