Raccoon removal from cheminy by trapping.
install fixed cheminy cap, appears to be 12×12, will need a 40ft ladder set
remove bird nesting from vent on rear of home and screen x2 vents with 1/4inch screen
sreen louver on side of home with 1/4inch screen.
