Customer called about bats in the attic. Needs us to check it and see what damage had occurred.

Solutions provided:

Install one way tubes on two spots indicated by technician. Seal under decorative dental molding on outside of home. Two spots on rear of home where soffit meets the brick will be sealed. One way tubes will be removed after a period of time and places will be sealed up. Clean up accessible bat droppings in attic space. Bring ladder into attic space and remove a designated section of insulation board. Remove bat guano from designated area. Sterifab entire attic space to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install ridge guard along ridge vent to prevent entry of bats into attic space.
