Missing shingles on upper and lower roof, and 4 pipe collars on roof need to be replaced with galvanized steel pipe collars.

Solutions provided:

Remove shingles surrounding roof pipes and remove old pipe collars, install new pipe collars and reshingle area. Reuse old shingles if possible, if not; use new shingles from bundles on site for shingle repair portion. 1 year limited manufacturer warranty on pipe flashing. Replace missing shingle on lower roof at gutter end by front door and replace ridge shingles on upper roof. Will require 2-3 bundles of 3 tab shingles, Tamko – Color: White. Color will not be a perfect match due to age of current roof. Closest match is Tamko 3tab white. 60 day warranty on roof repair. Roof is aged and it is recommended to do a full replacement to avoid potential water issues in the near future. Replacing individual shingles does not guarantee water intrusion prevention.
