Solutions provided:

One starling (bird) was safely removed from chimney and released outside. Chimney trim replacement Trim around entire chimney is rotting at base and other locations. Replace 8 sections of vertical trim. Replace band trim around top of chimney. Use existing trim to match paint. Prime and paint all new wood. Cannot guarantee an exact match. Caulk where needed. Due to damage to boards it is possible additional work will be needed to framing beneath at additional cost. 1 year warranty.
