Why did the customer contact us?

The customer needed new basement insulation.

Solutions provided:

Air seal and insulate interior joist pockets at basement wall, left rear side of basement, fifteen feet. Remove and repair fireplace bump out. Remove existing fiberglass batts, caulk cracks/crevices and insulate bottom of bump out with 3” of spray foam insulation. Install heavy gauge stainless steel screen to prevent rodent chewing entry. Repair siding and replace old soffit with new. Caulk hvac line entry, and power line entry and gas pipe with weather resistant caulk.
