Apply blown cellulose to bring insulation back to R49.
Apply closed cell foam to vertical area of vaulted ceiling near center of attic.

Seal all penetration points.

Demo batted on skylight on right side rear. Apply 2 inches of closed cell foam to entire area around skylight.

Install attic tent on entry point.

Install two recessed light covers on lights in bathtub of master bath.
