I had this company bring out a technician, Kris is his name, I was blown away at this ability to assess the perimeter of my home and the knowledge he had about the pests and other critters that like to be “additions” to your home. Kris was very straight forward, professional and a good negotiator* by that I mean he is aware that customers are shopping around for the best price, quality work and craftsmanship, so his ability to make additional services available for lower prices or competitive prices is a plus. I was so impressed that I am thinking of switching to Summit for Pest control services!
