Why did the customer contact us?

The customer needed their soffit and rake board repaired.

Solutions provided:

Remove gutters on the left and right side of the porch. Pad out fascia to 2 x 8 dimensions. Install new aluminum capping. Install new 3/8 PVC soffit on left and right, fasten and caulk with paintable clear caulk. Customer will paint at a later date. Pad out rake on rear roof to 2 x 8 dimensions. Install new aluminum capping, same as fascia. Color TBD. Do not caulk rear rake seam on the porch.
