Why did the customer contact us?

The customer had damages to their roof and needed repairs.

Solutions provided:

Remove old broken chimney crown. Fix loose bricks and install new chimney mortar on chimney crown to prevent leaking. After finished two new chimney caps will be installed over two chimney flues. Remove section of damaged shingles on front side of home indicated by technician. Install new ice/water shield and shingles to match existing as best as possible. (Tamko architectural oxford grey).
