Why did the customer contact us?

The customer had roof leaks.

Solutions provided:

Remove flashing and shingles on cricket on chimney on left side of the home. Install new ice/water shield and shingles to match existing as best as possible. (Tamko architectural autumn brown) install new flashing along the chimney. Wrap the rake board on right side of the chimney with brown metal to close off the gaps between the the rake board and the chimney. Caulk to seal. On left side of the chimney, replace the 1×4 rake board with new pressure treated wood and wrap with brown metal.
