Install baffles at the soffit and around the entry point. Install can light covers over the recess lights. Spray foam fire block around the chimney. Blow in new cellulose insulation over lower attic space only. Cellulose insulation will reach 14 inches in height (R49).
Replace attic stairs with new metal stair. Includes a new white hatch cover
