They were very knowledgeable with what hand to be done. They were very efficient in setting up the schedule and following through with accomplishing the task and cleaning up afterwards. They were all friendly and respectful.

My deck (three story condo stacked deck) was in bad need of repair. No maintenance had ever been performed on the deck, so after 9 years it was a disaster waiting to happen. I called Summit Environmental Solutions and they showed at my condo as scheduled (on time), assessed the deck, told me what needed to be repaired, and how the work was going to be performed. They gave me that best price out of call the contractors that I reached out to for the deck repair work. Here is the best news; Summit Environmental Solutions practically rebuild the entire deck (which was needed). They replaced all the floorboards, the top railing, and the lower railing. They reattached all the spokes connecting the upper and lower railing. They also secured the deck so that it no longer feels shaky and the railing is now secure and sturdy. They did all the work from outside, they did not request entry into my condo not once. That meant I did not have to be there for them to repair the deck. The deck now looks great and feels great. In addition, the customer service was excellent as well. They keep me informed on the progress of the work and they stayed within their stated cost and timeframe. I highly recommend Summit Environmental Solutions for their professionalism, work performance, and finished product????????????????????????

Summit caught a pesky groundhog that was terrorizing my vegetable garden! They were conscientious of the cats that like to cut through the backyard, and placed the traps in a strategic location to capture the groundhog and solve my critter problem in a short amount of time. I’ll definitely be using them for all my pest control issues!

I decided against the spray foam insulation and went with 6 mil over the floor and 6″ up the wall with R-39 in between the floor joists. The team I had did a really good job. I only had to remind them to put the new crawl space door in place.

Two weeks before Xmas, guests are coming, something’s in the attic. Who ya gonna call? Well, I called Summit Environmental Solutions. They (Chris) worked me into their schedule, assessed the problem (squirrels), & proposed a solution. They started immediately and conducted the work in a professional manner. They sealed the attic, removed contaminated insulation, sanitized the attic, installed new insulation, and trapped the trespassing rodents all before my guests arrived. Many thanks to Chris, Donna & the staff, and the technicians for their timely & professional service.

I was satisfied with the work once it was done, the workers did work hard, I had a bit of clean up after they left.

SES provided a free inspection and cost estimate to eliminate a mice infestation in a home under contract to purchase. The Seller chose to use his own pest control company as a temporary measure. As the buyer I plan to use Summit Environmental to remove the urine/feces, stained/burrowed R-30 insurlation and upgrade to at least the current R-38 insulation. If I can’t budget it until next year when the standard will be R-49, I will make the best decision as the situation warrants. Donna (office manager) and Chris (technician) were both very professional and knowledgeable about all the newest SAFE environmental products and I trust their expertise to make the best recommendation for my situation as a new home owner. I look forward to having them back out to do another inspection and estimate of the costs and choices. If their actual installation is as good as their customer service and professionalism, I will be extremely pleased. At this point I have no problem recommending SES to anyone considering an accurate assessment of their insulation needs. I feel fortunate to have learned about their family-owned company and have first hand seen how their goal is 100% satisfaction.

Summit Environmental Solutions was able to quickly assess and complete the deck repair. The job was contracted over the phone as I live in another state. The process was easy and quick. I received pictures of the repair work after it was completed and I am very pleased with everything.
